MPSC SATHI currently uses Google Sign-In for account access. This allows you to log in securely without creating a separate password inside the app. The app may receive basic profile details from your Google account only for login and account-related purposes.
To support learning features, the app may save information such as your practice history, selected answers, scores, rankings, bookmarks, and test-related activity. This is used to help you track your preparation, continue where you left off, and view your strengths and weaker areas more clearly.
Free users may see advertisements in the app. These ads help support the free version of MPSC SATHI. If you purchase premium through Google Play, the app checks your subscription status so ads can be removed and premium features can be unlocked. We do not ask you to share payment card details directly inside the app, because payments are handled through Google Play.
The app may send notifications related to important updates, reminders, or useful app activity. You can manage notification permissions through your device settings at any time.
Some content may be available directly inside the app without internet. In some cases, additional question content or related study material may be downloaded and stored on your device so you can continue using it in the app more conveniently.
We may use trusted services from Google and Firebase to understand app usage, improve performance, fix crashes, and keep the app working properly. This helps us identify technical issues and improve the overall user experience.
We do not sell your personal information. Some data may be processed through trusted third-party services used for login, app functionality, analytics, notifications, advertising, and subscription verification. These services are used only to support the normal working of the app.
You can sign out of the app at any time. You can also manage app permissions, notification access, ad-related settings, and your subscription through your device settings or Google Play account settings. If you no longer want to use premium, you can cancel your subscription through Google Play.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and protect it from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss. However, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure in every situation.
MPSC SATHI is intended for learners and exam preparation users. If required by law or platform policy, parents or guardians should supervise younger users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable rules.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time if the app changes, new features are added, or legal requirements are updated. The latest version will always be available inside the app and on this public page.

Please include the Google email address used to sign in to the app. After receiving the request, we will delete account-related data such as profile information, study progress, test history, saved questions, scores, rankings, preferences, and subscription-related app records where applicable, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or payment verification reasons.
Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable time.
